Personal Fitness Training with Fit Food Australia

Fit Food Australia is a business that has been built on developing health for everyone. We have a fantastic menu, full of healthy, tasty options BUT if you want to fast forward to your health goal you’ll need to add activity to your health plan.

I always find that exercising with other people is much easier to do than exercising alone and With a personal trainer you can fit alongside someone who has knowledge and experience which will keep you moving and get the most you can out of every session. 

I have made a commitment to my personal training clients.  It is very important to me that I offer the best service possible. With this in mind , there is a limit to the number of sessions I’m available for.  This way the clients I am training can get the attention they deserve.

There is a maximum of ten 1 on 1 places in the Fit Food Australia personal training Schedule.

During COVID restriction periods we continue to offer Personal Training Sessions utilising zoom. This way we can continue to help keep you both mentally and physically fit, during what can be quite a stressful and frustrating time.
